Develop custom, make-to-print solutions to solve customers RF Connectivity and EMI shielding problems. Provide expert technical support of Micro-Coax products for customers; develop technical sales proposals within market; develop and achieve bookings forecast for designated area/market; act as customer liaison to ensure overall customer satisfaction rating; and generate program leads for new business development.
Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
5-10 years of field sales engineering experience with customized RF/Microwave products. Demonstrated success in the sales of detail-oriented, technical, high-quality products in an extended selling cycle (6-24 month) is essential. Working knowledge of engineering drawings and technical specifications is required.
Ability to make effective professional presentations to customers, sales representatives and fellow employees. Ability to communicate in a generally acceptable manner using English language, both verbally and in compositions.
Active international travel to Asian market (50%+ of time time)
Ability to be respected and well liked by Micro-Coax co-workers, peers, customers, sales representatives and distributors.
Speaks and writes fluent Mandarin.
Masters Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and/or MBA.
Ability to speak and write Japanese.
Past experience in Strategic Selliong and/or Conceptual Selling from Miller Heiman.
Prior experience in the sales/design of coaxial cable assemblies.
Additional Information
Qualified candidate must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident and be able to successfully complete a post-offer/pre-employment physical and drug screen.
